Subject: An Introducing about Devil

First, I'm glad to find this Board about google.

So, now to my person:

I'm 24 years old, living in the near of Bremen. The city calls Achim. I'm working as a project manager. I'm living in germany since 22 1/2 years. Now the interesting thing:

I was born in South Korea, near Seoul. I don't know anything about my parents or family, 'cause I was given to a children's home, when I was born. So, I lived 1 1/2 year at this children home, than, thanks terre des hommes, I was adopted to Germany.

My hobbies are: Counter Strike, Computers, playing Roleplays (my newest Roleplay acts about "Volcano High" the Movie), meeting Friends, reading books (at the Moment: Lord of the Rings - The Fellowship and the file about me and my adoption).

I like Movies: Fantasy, Action, Comedy and Horror. My favourite animals are: wolves, sharks, dogs and Horses.

I'm loving Movies with Jackie Chan (also the Outtakes), Johnny Depp or LeeLee Sobieski. Also I like Movies, like Final Fantasy, Elysium or Devilman.

My favourite colors are: red & black. I like Mangas (Sailor Moon, Pitchi pitchi pitch, Magic Knight Rayearth, Ragnrök) and I like Animes (Sailor Moon (also Sailor Moon Live Act), Detective Conan, One Piece...)

So, I think, that was all interesting about me. In German I can show you a "wanted poster" from me *smile*

Hi Devil, welcome on "Board"!

I know another Korean, who was adopted as a baby into a German family. She works in the same company, where I work sometimes. She is 30 years old and has visited Korea for the first time this summer.

You really play Roleplayinggames, Computer and you like Fantasy? Wanna marry me? :-D

I sometimes play "Midgard" with some friends, it's always fun.

Jackie Chan is great, I agree, but I watch mostly Korean movies these days. From Hollywood comes not much innovation in my opinion, just remakes and sequencels. Thats why I like Korean cinema, even if 2004 and 05 was not that good as 2001 to 03 so far.

Do you speak Korean? Have you been there? Of course some pictures would be nice.

No, I don't speak korean and where I live, no college has the offer for learning korean. So I decided to learn chinese the next year and a little bit of korean by my own with a online tutorial.

I found last year a korean manga, called Ragnarök and yesterday I found something about the Movie "Volcano High". But my biggest interest at korea lays at the language, the culture and the food.

I have a collegue, who comes from malaysia, also 30 years old.

Hi!

No, I don't speak korean and where I live, no college has the offer for learning korean.

Same here. The next University is Hamburg, but that's a bit far in my opinion. But tonight I meet that enthnic Korean and she will introduce me to a Korean student here in Kiel. Maybe that girl offers me courses or introduces to other Koreans, who need an language exchange partner.

Have you missed "Oldboy"? If you are interested, I might recommend some good Korean movies to you.

What kind of movies do like?

but my favourite are action: Matrix, Transporter...

and many animes and Fantasy animation movies

Hum, let's think. Like I said before, I havn't seen that many Asian action movies so far. I recommend Arahan to you, it's a really cool martial arts movie in present time. Another martial arts movie is Fighter in the Wind, a movie about Masutatsu Ōyama's life. In World War II, he wents to Japan to become a fighter pilot, but he can't become one. After the end of the war, he stays in Japan and becomes a martial arts master and travels through Japan, to beat all Karate masters. This movie is of course more serious than Arahan, so you won't find any unreal effects, but that doesn't make it any less recommendable. And it has definitly the coolest ending of every martial arts movie I have seen.

If you havn't seen it already, of course you should watch "Oldboy". This movie was in the German cinema, so you shouldn't have any problems to find it in a video store (videothek) in Bremen. It's not a real action movie, even if it has some fights, but a drama about a man, who is put into a prision by unknown people for 15 years, without knowing why.. Suddenly he is released, and he has 5 days to find out, who are these guys and why they put him into a prision. It's one of the most shocking movies I have ever seen. 8-(

Completly different is My Sassy Girl. This is a romantic comedy, but completely different from the crap we saw over the last years from Hollywood. I have shown this movie to my friends and family (at least 20 ppl) and all liked it. Give it a try!

My favorite horror movie is A Tale of Two Sisters. It hasn't many shock effects, but they are even more shocking when they appear. The story is ingenious and very mysterious and the mood of the movie is frightening. I really love that one.
