Subject: Wohnung zu Vermieten - Apartment for rent

Liebe Korea Freunde,
Da wir im Juli und August in Deutschland sein werden möchten wir gerne in dieser Zeit unsere Wohnung in Seoul untervermieten.
Wir wohnen in einer wirklich attraktiven Lage in Hyehwa-Dong / Jongno Gu im Zentrum des Nordens, ganz in der Nähe der Daehangno, und der Berge die Seoul umschließen.
Die Wohnung ist, in einem sehr guten Gesamzustand, befindet sich in einem 3-geschossigen Wohnhaus und liegt sehr ruhig, obwohl das Viertel rund um die Daehangno angenehm lebendig ist. Hier gibt es viele nette Cafes, Restaurants, Kneipen und viele kleine Theater.
Die Wohnung ist perfekt angebunden, man ist in 4 Minuten zu Fuss bei der U-bahn ( Hyehwa Station – Linie 4 – hellblau) außerdem fahren Zahlreiche Busse in alle Richtungen der Stadt.
Zur Wohnung selber:
Die Wohnung hat 3 Zimmer + Bad + kleiner Balkon ( Wohnküche, Schlafzimmer, Ankleide/ Zweiter Schlafraum)
Die Küche ist solide und sauber ausgestattet mit allem was man so braucht.
Geschirr, Bett, Möbel, Waschmaschine, Kühlschrank etc. kann selbstverständlich mitbenutzt werden. Es gibt auch einen DSL Internetanschluss, den ihr benutzen könnt, wenn ihr einen Laptop mitbringt.
Wir bezahlen für die Wohnung 850.000 Won (695 Euro) im Monat und bieten sie auch für diesen Preis an.
Die Vermieter der Wohnung sind sehr nette, zurückhaltende Koreaner und wohnen im selben Haus. Die Wohnung kann nur von maximal zwei Personen bewohnt werden.
Es wäre super wenn Ihr diese Info einfach in Eurem Kreise streut… vielleicht hat ja jemand Interesse. Natürlich beantworte ich auch gerne alle weiteren Fragen.

Dear Korea Friends,
Since we will be in Germany in July and August, we would like to sub rent our apartment during this period. We live in a really attractive location in Hyehwa Dong / Jongno Gu in the center of the north, closed to the Daehangno and the mountains which are surrounding Seoul.
The apartment is in a very good overall condition and is situated in a 3 floor apartment house, which lies very calm, even though the area around Daehangno is enjoyable vivid. There are lots of nice cafes, restaurants, bars and small theatres
The apartment is perfectly connected to public transport. You can reach the Subway ( Hyehwa Station - light blue – line 4) within 4 minutes walk, besides lots of busses depart around the area heading to all directions of the city.
Concerning the apartment:
The apartment has 3 rooms + bathroom + small balcony ( Living room + Kitchen, Sleeping room, dressing room ( or usable as second Sleeping room)
The kitchen is clean and neat and has everything needed.
Dishes, bed, furniture, washing machine, fridge etc. is present and can of course be used. There is also DSL internet so if you bring your laptop you can use it.
We are paying for the apartment 850.000 Won (695 euro) per month, and offer it for the same price. The landlord is a very nice and retiring Korean and lives in the same house. The apartment can only be occupied by maximum of two persons.
It would be nice if you could spread this information in your circle of friends, if somebody is interested, it will be my pleasure to answer more questions.
